Coordinating Team and Advisors
Our "Coordinating Team" comprises eight volunteers from diverse faiths, cultures, and nationalities. We operate on a flat structure, with Coordinators overseeing core functions such as Finance, Administration, Publicity, Operations and Projects. Membership in the Coordinating Team is open to anyone who shares our two core requirements: passion and a willingness to volunteer. They are appointed under the legal requirements of operations for charity organisations.
We also have a few Advisors (non-elected) who help us with some strategic work that helps Ekta shape its function and purpose better.
Volunteer Army
Over its nine years of consistent and successful operations, Ekta has built a large army of volunteers. They are the heart and soul of the weekly operations.
