Ekta NZ

Ekta NZ was established as a not-for-profit, non-political, secular, non-religious and community-based charity organization in July 2017. Ekta is the Hindi word for unity/oneness. Our objective is to contribute to building a more inclusive New Zealand through:

1.    Empowering with knowledge; building capacity and confidence; and,
2.    Cultivating confidence by celebrating heritage and culture.

The focus in all our undertakings is to add ‘value’. One underpinning element in all our actions is to collaborate and jointly execute our activities with other like-minded organisations across the board. It’s operated solely by volunteers.
